ERSTINE KATHARINA⁴ SIEBLER  (C WILLIAM³, FRIEDRICH², JOHANN WILHELM¹) was born 03 Mar 1904 in Cornlea, Nebraska, and died 06 May 1974 in Humphrey, Nebraska.  She married WALTER KEHN 09 Dec 1920.  He died 09 May 1960 in Humphrey City Cemetery.

Kate ran a bar in Creston, Nebraska on the southwest side of Pine or "Main" Street.  In addition to beer and cocktails, Kate served dinner to her regular patrons which consisted of a hamburger and coffee.  She and her husband, Walter, lived in the apartment above the restaurant.  Walter worked as a mason and had the nickname of "Poly".  As one of her old customers recently told me, "He was a plasterer and was often plastered himself."

Kate loved to watch wrestling and she would often travel to the neighboring communities to "whop and holler" at the matches.

Burial: 1974, Humphrey City Cemetery
